NEW CLUBHOUSE VIEW

Pictured above is the Cy Warner Clubhouse (named for the woman who founded our park) at Club Chalet located at 7880 54th Ave. N., in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. We are located in the heart of Pinellas County only minutes from the beach, with many shopping opportunities, restaurants, and sunshine galore. We are a 55+ community, resident owned, very friendly, with a Pet Section for small animals under 45 lbs. You can bicycle in the park or at the Pinellas Park Bike Trail located just a short ride from the park. We have many activities throughout the year including pot-luck dinners, coffees, pancake breakfasts, and holiday dinners. We also have a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard area, and a beautiful lake located in the heart of the community.

The monthly maintenance fee is $267.00, and this includes Cable TV, Internet, lawn maintenance, water, sewage and garbage service once a week.
